Product production process

Production of each product takes approximately 14–30 days, depending on the details and specific requirements of the customer.

Customers can request product samples before production to ensure the results meet their needs as best as possible.

1. Customers choose the standard product formula they want.

2. Customers order sample products or come to the company for testing.

3. Test the product and choose from standard formulas until satisfied.

4. The company prepares and sends quotations to customers.

5. Make payment according to the terms and conditions as discussed.

6. Request for product formula registration, cosmetics / dietary supplements

7. Request for a business code – register a cosmetic/food supplement product formula.

8. Enter the product production process according to the stated time period.

9. The customer pays the remaining amount (in the case that there is still a balance remaining).

10. The company informs the delivery date and delivery location.

11. Customers check and receive the goods into the warehouse on the specified date and time.

Duration of each step in the process

• Time to develop additional formulas from the standard formula: 14 days

• Product production time: 30-45 days

• The period for notification of cosmetic product formula registration is 7-14 days.

• The period for registering a dietary supplement formula is 20-45 days.
